The Mercedes-Benz Viano is a multi-purpose vehicle based on the popular Mercedes-Benz Vito commercial panel van. The Viano is a rear-wheel drive minivan available in three lengths, two wheelbases and a choice of four modern petrol and diesel engines coupled to either a six-speed manual or five-speed TouchShift automatic transmission. Six individual seats come as standard, however up to two rear three-seater benches can be purchased, turning the Viano into an eight seat people carrier.
