This top was created based on voting of 48 eurofans from the CIS in the “Greatest Revaluation” – according to the system 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, -1, -2, -3. In different periods votes from 37 to 43 voters were registered. There were groups in the SECOND ROUND of Revaluation, and they were classified according to time periods (1956-1980, 1981-2000, 2001-2019).
