FAROS – the fireproof drone

Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) researchers developed an unmanned aerial vehicle named FAROS (Fireproof Aerial RObot System). FAROS can climb walls to access tight spots and it’s fireproof. The drone could be used to detect fires in skyscrapers and locate people trapped inside.
