Wootz steel from Threading Tap . Making Hidden Bamboo Knife

In this video we will make wootz steel from threading tap. After the ingot, we will make a hidden bamboo knife . To make a wootz steel ingot, we needed old taps for threading, iron powder, graphite and glass. We place all this in our steel melting crucible and boil it at high temperatures for two hours. After forging our ingot into a blank for a knife. After hardening and metalworking of our blade, we make a handle and sheath for the future bamboo hidden the manufacture of the handle, we used stained beech wood.
