Landscape Optimization Using Runtime Virtual Textures - Building Worlds In Unreal - Episode 22

In this video, I show how to increase landscape rendering performance by as much as 68% by using Runtime Virtual Textures. First, we identify the GPU as our performance bottleneck. Then we show that our main pass is taking too long to draw, and then we narrow it down to our landscape material as the main issue.
