Children of NYPD Det. Miosotis Familia fighting to change law 7 years after her death

Friday marks seven years since an NYPD detective and single mother of three was killed in the line of duty. Det. Miosotis Familia was gunned down while sitting in a mobile command unit. CBS New York’s Jennifer Bisram reports on the emotional and financial struggle her children are still facing.
