Video shows alleged hit-and-run driver crashing vehicle in Brooklyn

Surveillance video captured the moment an alleged hit-and-run driver crashed into parked cars and flipped over in Brooklyn Saturday afternoon. Police say it happened after the driver struck two pedestrians, including a 3-year-old child. CBS News New York’s Alecia Reid reports.
