For many years Max has always had an itch to shoot on film. In 2020 he finally purchased a super8 film camera and after shooting his first roll he knew this format was for him. There’s a lot to think about when shooting film and it changes your approach on how you go about capturing moments. It’s a blast shooting on film and the results (sometimes unintended) are stunning. If you have been thinking about shooting film, the super8mm format is a great place to start and you won’t be disappointed. As for the edit, Max wanted to keep it true to its roots with minimal cuts between the clip and not being so nit picky about how long clips run for.
