1. Look comfortably to the right then to the left.
2. Go slow!
3. Place your right hand on your left shoulder and your left hand on your right shoulder.
4. Look comfortably to the right then to the left.
5. Reverse cross your arms… take the arm that’s underneath and move it on top.
6. Look comfortably to the right then to the left
7. Pet your dog.
8. Simply look to the right and left.
9. Notice what changed?
