Pretend to shoulder check left then right. Comfortably! 2. Slide your right knee forward. Feel what your right hip bone does. 3. Slide your left knee forward. Feel what your left hip bone does. 4. Slide your right knee back. 5. Slide your left knee back. 6. Go Slow! 7. Combine! Right knee forward, left knee back.... then left knee forward and right knee back. 8. You got it! Keep exploring.
