Countryside Acres Kicked Out of Russia?

Today I watched a video by Countryside Acres and he was talking about the bureaucracy that he was facing in terms of taking the Russian language exam and getting all his documents in to the immigration in time to receive temporary residence in Russia. I felt that he was portraying the process as unfair and I just wanted to explain this to others so that they are not put off from trying to move to Russia.
