Operation Pico: When Cuba and the D.R. almost went to war

In 1977 the Dominican Republic interned a Cuban ship that sailed into Dominican terrirtorial waters and approached the shoreline illegally. The Cuban response was to fly 12 MiG-21 fighters over Santo Domingo at supersonic speeds and threaten to bomb three major Dominican cities if the boat was not released. This is a quick documentary about the mission.
