In my travels to Singapore, I was able to book a personal 1-on-1 session with Evolve MMA’s Kru Rong (Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke), who is not only a 3-time Lumpini Muay Thai champion, but was also the ONE FC MMA Strawweight champion.
