On Asgard, Thor is about to be crowned as a king, until the ceremony is interrupted by Frost Giants breaking into Odin’s Vault trying to steal the Casket of Ancient Winters. Before the Frost Giants can leave the vault they are stopped by the Destroyer. Wanting to teach the Frost Giants a lesson, Thor and his friends travel to Jotunheim and get into a fight. Once they get back to Asgard, Odin is so angered by Thor’s actions, he takes away his powers and casts him out of Asgard. Sending his hammer Mjølnir shortly after him, with a spell that whoever is worthy to hold the hammer shall posses the powers of Thor. Meanwhile, at Puente Antiguo, Jane Foster, Darcy Lewis and Erik Selvig have picked up strange readings on their instruments and are tracing the signals.
