Yeop chagi has more power than the other kicks. Like ap chagi, raise your bent knee and while twisting your body away from your kicking foot, extend your knee to kick with the blade or heel of your foot. But remember not to bend your body back too much. Keep your pivot foot turned enough so that your body can rotate to perform the kick and fully extend your kicking knee for a stronger kick. Dont lean your body backward too much while kicking.
