FOX 45 Investigates: Officer Response Time After 9-1-1 Calls

DAYTON -- FOX 45 is investigating the time it took for officers to respond to a home invasion that ended in fatal shooting. At 3:05 Wednesday morning (September 9, 2015) a woman at 210 Richmond Avenue called 9-1-1 to report that men were trying to break into her home. One hour later, at 4:08am, the same woman called 9-1-1 to report she had shot an intruder, and he had fled out an upstairs window.
