Learning some GMS: Aw shit, here we go again

Some nasty hookshot-related bugs fixed now. Also, FINALLY i added some “non-reversals“. See, now player can turn himself around during combo. This comes in handy when dealing with more than one enemy. (music: The Megas - Man on Fire, Enchanced edition) (i do not own the song or sprites)
