This is an exotic arpeggio,shown by Jason japan 1989. This arpeggio,is just an - A maj. triad,with an added note,the b5\#11 - which is D# in our case. So Jason plays A-C#-D#-E, over 3 octaves. In this video Jason named them incorrectly. He said they`re called “Major b5“,but that name implies that the 5th is absent, just 1-3-b5. While our arpeggio has both b5 and the 5th.
