Aaron Cook’s Taekwondo Masterclass

You may not have heard of Aaron Cook yet, but within a year the 20-year-old plans to be a household name as he attempts to turn his 5th at the 2008 Olympics into Taekwondo gold in London. But before then, the European champion is keen to show Britain a bit more about this ancient Korean martial art and why he decided to choose the sport over more traditional pursuits such as football. He’s also an advocate for the massive fitness benefits of Taekwondo. In the following video Aaron showcases some basic Taekwondo exercises to help get you started. He’ll also give details of the launch of the Mars Refuel Drink Fund which will see £5,000 donated to sporting individuals, teams and clubs every month until the end of September 2011.
