Acoustic Alchemy Mr. Chow (Red Dust & Spanish Lace)

The English Guitar Duo, Nick Webb and Craig Carmichael, formed a group known as the Acoustic Alchemy. Alchemy refers to an ancient art of mixing baser metals of little value to create gold. Acoustic Alchemy refers to the mixing together of sounds into something greater than the sum of their individual parts. The combination of the intellectual musical talent of Nick Webb and Craig Carmichael, together with the extraordinary work of some of the worlds best musicians as part of the group, along with the best Recording Engineers, makes what is known as Acoustic Alchemy. I’ve been a big fan of the Guitar Duo, especially throughout the 90s. The year was 1997. I remember it was nighttime and my radio was playing low in the room.
