Painting a Reaper Miniatures’ Dumpster

I’m putting more time into painting garbage than necessary. The Mod Podge is fun to play with, but does have limits. It does leave a slight ridge around the lip of the photo and takes extra work to make it look clean. I can see using it for terrain, but not models.
