Title track ‘Elements’ then enters with raw, unmatched power. Distorted synths weaving through layers of subtle percussion in what feels like a futuristic car chase through narrow cityscapes, with ‘Prefix’ closing out the antics featuring spongy toms and resonant sequences arpeggiating over a hefty dosage of relentless rhythm. Fresh off the back of releases on Planet Rhythm, A R T S and three EP’s on Chris Liebing’s CLR, DEAS kickstarts his 2023 with four new tracks on wax via his BAU MUZIK imprint.
