Making 25mm Dowel Rod

How I make 25 mm dowel rod for a ladder golf project The rounder plane use a 20 degree blade bed an have an extra guide hole 100mm from the exit hole of the plane to give a more smooth dowel rod. To save wood I rotate the plane bed 20 degree on later models of rounder plane. As the dowel is round it don’t care if the blade hits the tangent to the cutting surface in the top or at 20 degree. Yes I could buy some 25mm dowel rod/ garden tool shafts for the ladder golf, but being able to make my own is plea
