Hi again, beloved 🌈 Homopolitans, Continuing our series “Gay Love through the Ages,“ our second stop is in the Amazon Jungle, hundreds of years before the arrival of Europeans. Evidence suggests that gay relationships in these Pre-Columbian societies were common and not persecuted. Despite this, Gay History remains underrepresented in academia, with efforts made to erase our presence. Even today, we strive to assert our existence in every society throughout time. This won’t be the last time we visit the Americas and its original peoples. We’ll also explore the Aztecs and the Incas in upcoming videos, as well as North American societies and their struggles with colonization. As always, we hope you enjoy the video.
