Yankee Doodle - Bugle and Tuba Duett - 1830s Graves & Co. Eb 10 - Keyed Bugle - Moritz Style F -Tuba

Extremely rare Graves & Co. Eb 10-keyed bugle. Made in Winchester, New Hampshire. Made in late 1830s or early 1840s. Listen to sounds from the past. About 190 years ago more or less. “Yankee Doodle” with Dan Evans! From my collection the highlight: The Berlin tuba in F. Made by Julius Lemcke. This manufacturer was active in Berlin from 1847 to 1866. The first tubas were developed in Berlin around 1835 shortly after the invention of valve technology. In that year Wilhelm Wieprecht and Carl Wilhelm Moritz received a patent for a bass tuba in F with five Berliner pumpen. Arrangement: Tim Olt @BRASS FROM THE PAST #Brassfromthepast
