A Russian nuclear-powered submarine, not carrying nuclear weapons, will visit Havana next week, Cuba’s communist authorities announced. The nuclear submarine Kazan, along with the missile frigate Admiral Gorshkov, an oil tanker, and a salvage tug, will dock in Havana from June 12-17. Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel had met Russian President Vladimir Putin during the May 9 military parade on Red Square.
