The Psychology Behind Never Feeling Good Enough

This is contains the most important thing I have learned in the last year. For some of you, I’m sure it will be the most important video I have ever done. In order to do it justice I need to tell you some personal stuff about what has been going on in my life. It occurred as much of life biggest learnings do, when things went wrong. Specifically, I broke up with my girlfriend of a year and a half. We loved each other and still do, but we had very very different ideas of how we wanted to live our live At first, I felt like a zombie. And then I felt sad. And then I bawled my eyes out. I started looking for ways to feel better after the breakup with my girlfriend and I came across something I hadn’t expected: love and self-love.
