Join us for a jig and enjoy the flying feet of local Sean Nós dancer and Comhaltas member , Nicholas Dunphy – in the amazing surroundings of the Medieval Mile Museum in the centre of Kilkenny. Nicholas has danced all over Kilkenny, Ireland, the United Kingdom including Edinburgh castle and folk festivals in Europe with the Marble City Comhaltas Branch entertainment group. Surrounded by the medieval setting of 13th Century St. Mary’s Church and accompanied by Seo Linn’s Kevin Shortall on the button accordion, this special St. Patrick’s Day performance is sure to have you ‘lepping’ around the room as you soak up the triple threat of Irish dance, music and heritage.
