Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, Summer Festival 2009, July 25 In this video, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche explains that Dorje Shugden is an enlightened Deity who is the manifestation of the Wisdom Buddha Je Tsongkhapa.
