.bsg: 1,2 for launch and 3 for fire. 4,5 top bomb, eject and release 6,9 side bombs out-in 7,8 side bombs eject and release Arrows for steering. The key to not explode on launch is to press 2 when the top of the ICBM is between the third and fourth ring from the top, (of the silo) almost right after that, (do NOT release at the same time as 2) release button 1 so that the grabbers swing aside.
