The total production count is limited to 1,000 units, and I spared no expense in ensuring that every element was produced at the highest quality possible. Instead of outsourcing the creation of Immanuel to a one stop shop, I chose to hire a variety of artisans to complete each individual component over the course of a year and then had the final package assembled in the United States after the records were pressed. What you’re investing in was thoughtfully and lovingly assembled by hand every step of the way by people who are at the top of their respective crafts. At nearly 2 pounds (1 kg) in weight, this is one of the heaviest and best produced vinyl record packages I’ve ever held in my hands. Excellence was my standard from the beginning and I did not compromise throughout the production process. I reviewed reference masters from different mastering engineers before signing off on Chris’ work. These records really do sound more dimensional than the digital counterparts. Inside of each jacket is a 16 page handmade special edition booklet with hand-sewn binding including photos, descriptions and piano sheet music.
