Some basic techniques for going out of the reverse wheel.
1. Right Hand out
2. Left Hand out
3. Sling out with index finger
4. Finger roll out
5. Thumb roll out
6. Forearm out
7. Wrist over out
8. Aerial out
The left out and right out helps going from one technique to the next, as in wheel shoulder passes with the left and right shown in the vid but easy to from a wheel to a shoulder pass, nothing added extra, 2 types of passes each shoulder with left and right hand.... then there’s horizontal wheel passes around the waist, neck etc... unlimited passes from the wheel... I would make a video of the they are easy to do....
