BOY RACER (aka BOY RACING DRIVER) Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. Man finishes mowing lawn, he leaves lawn mower on side of loan. Two boys sneak to lawn mower and steal petrol from it. They go to garage and wheel out midget racing car - toy car made by father of one of the boys. Boys pour petrol into midget racing car. Little Peter Parker, the owner of the car, sits at driver’s seat and his friend Richard Worrall sits next to him. Boys start driving around the yard - farm animals keep running away from them.
