Full titles read: “Welsh National Eisteddfod - for 1929 proclaimed, according to ancient custom with Bardic rites.“ Liverpool, Merseyside. Various shots show a procession coming towards us over a field; men in robes carry a banner and are followed by more men in robes, looking rather like Druids. One of the men climbs onto a dais and addresses the huge crowd. This man is presented with a large horn and a small wreath by a woman dressed in robes.
