Full titles read: “In the name of Charity - Sheffield Cinematograph Exhibitors’ Association present Ambulance to Lord Mayor for use of local Hospitals.“ Sheffield, South Yorkshire. M/Ss of the Mayor of Sheffield standing on the steps of a building surrounded by other men. M/S of the ambulance with several men standing beside it - presumably members of the Sheffield Cinematograph Exhibitors’ Association. C/U of the Mayor making a speech. M/S of the Mayor and others standing beside the Ambulance.
