Toronto terror suspects recorded video with weapons, ISIS flag

A Toronto father and son who were arrested at a hotel in Richmond Hill, Ont., are now facing several terror-related charges. The two men were not on Canadian authorities’ radar before the beginning of July, according to police, who say there is no remaining risk to the public. As Mercedes Stephenson explains, the pair was allegedly in the “advanced stages“ of planning a violent attack in the name of so-called Islamic State (ISIS).
