Isaac Hayes - “Doesn’t Rain In London“

It’s late December, 1986. I’m on the road in the snow and cold headed to Albuquerque, New Mexico from Miami, Florida to spend Christmas with a friend. Somewhere in Louisiana, I hear this song and pray that the deejay says the name and artist; he did. On a stopover in Dallas, I bought the cassette. Never heard this get airplay which is a shame. One of my favorites from the 80’s.
