Blender to Marvelous Designer Workflow: How to make it work
There are some things I’ve learned working with MD and Blender in the last 3 weeks that I need to remember. There are a lot of little details to pay attention to:
*Origin point of armature. In the video I place the origin at the knees. When I imported the cloth back into blender it was at world center, I needed to move it up to knees ( in addition to scaling)
*FPS in MD and Blender
*Making sure model mesh never clips through other part of mesh
*Alembic OGAWA seems to give the best results
