Anne Heche Incoherently Slurs Words, Appears Under The Influence After Partying In Hollywood

Anne Heche is apparently under the influence while mingling with fans following a dinner outing at Craig’s in West Hollywood. The actress is heard slurring her speech and rambling incoherently before concluding her evening. On Friday, August 5, Heche was critically injured following a fiery car accident in Los Angeles. After crashing into an apartment parking garage and speeding away, she then sped through a neighborhood before crashing into a house, resulting in both the house and her car being engulfed in flames.
