UK Youth Parliament - House of Commons Debate November 2012

The 2012 UKYP House of Commons Debate took place on Friday 23 November. The event marked the finale of Parliament Week -- an annual national awareness week which aims to build greater awareness, understanding and engagement with parliamentary democracy in the UK. It was decided by a vote after much debating that ’A Curriculum For Life’ should be the UKYP’s priority campaign for 2013. The campaign states that the national curriculum should be overhauled to include wider life skills including political know
