51 DOS game intros

Decided to keep this purely OPL / FM synthesis for convenience and consistency. Many of these tunes would definitely sound better with MT-32, soundfonts etc. Focused on floppy games so no CD FMV intros or CD music either. Audio volume level variations in these DOS games is real.
