LIVE: Israel orders evacuation of Rafah

Israel has asked Palestinians to start evacuating the eastern parts of Rafah before a military operation after ceasefire talks with Hamas unravelled over the weekend. The military said on Monday that it believed it would have to remove 100,000 Palestinians from the city at this stage of the operation.
