UFO over Laredo, Texas.

Witness description: “I had just gotten out of work driving east. Not even sure why I looked in the first place, I usually do, I always see things but am too in awe to ever record because they usually only last a few seconds then drive off pretty fast. Since this one lasted longer I reacted and decided to park and start recording. At first, I thought it could be a black balloon since it was Halloween, but it was hovering in place for a while then I saw like a wing on it and saw it moving and decided to record because I got curious since I usually only see them at night this one was kind of exciting. Sometimes I feel like they try to communicate somehow. Anyway, it was moving kind of fast and I did not want to lose sight of it, so I started driving to follow it, but it disappeared behind some clouds and I did not see it anymore.
