My top maximum speed was around 23-24km/h in uneven terrain, while on a good surface it was always 25km/h. An assembly was super easy. About 5 minutes to attach the handle bars with the provided screws. It is very stable with a large platform. The pneumatic tires are great for a smooth ride. I like that you can switch between the speeds and also select if you want to enable all wheels, my favorite being all-wheel drive option. Great purchase. I’m very pleased with this thing.
