The Roast Beef Melt

Being creative with leftovers is one of my passion and this recipe speaks to that majorly. If you do it just right, sometimes you can end up with a whole new recipe that becomes a part of your weekly meal plan and other times it’ll be a one-off special just for that day. Either way you look at it, leftovers can be a great way to inspire a new dish all the while cleaning out the fridge and making good use of it. Hope you enjoy the recipe and let me know if you want more leftover inspired recipes in the future!! Drop a comment!
