Soak overnight. Place a pasta colander on top of a bowl. Line it with a cotton dish rag. Pour the soaked beans into the colander and cover with the rest of the cotton rag or another one if not long enough. Soak with cold water and get rid of the water inside the bowl. Place two dishes on top to help squeeze out the excess liquid and cover with a dark cloth and place in a dark cool place (like inside your pantry). Soak the beans every twelve hours for four days, getting rid of the water inside the bowl. Your sprouts will be ready on the fourth day. Enjoy them raw as a crunchy snack, on salads, on soups or in stir fries. No need to cook them for too long. Music courtesy of Artlist - idokay - Fragments of Sunlight
