Salmon Sushi, Spicy Cucumber, Citrus Soy Sauce

This is my attempt at sushi for the 4th or 5th time now and I’m slowly getting the hang of the rice is THEE most important part of sushi believe it or its the fish quality/ toppings last. I prepped this recipe to my liking with spicy and citrus flares, but you can go about it however you want. Customize it and enjoy!!
