Lido Pimienta - Miss Colombia: The Road Home (Short Film) | Polaris Prize 2020

Polaris and CBC Music present Miss Colombia: The Road Home by Andres Landau and Lido Pimienta. Miss Colombia: The Road Home combines a quinceañera party-themed live performance with documentary footage (shot while Lido recorded her album in Colombia in 2018 and 2019). The result is a portrait of pride, creativity, and hope. Andres and Lido have teamed up in the past and this summer, they collaborated to produce an NPR Tiny Desk concert as well as live performances for SappyFest and the LA Philharmonic Association.
