Nokta Makro Simplex : Problems Arise! Machine and Update Problems [FIXED]

A hard reset was attempted but no changes occurred I have had it for a few hours and am already having issues. If anyone has had this happen please let me know how you fixed it. I am currently waiting on the battery to die, to see if it will come back on after that. I have contacted Nokta and have not had a response yet. I hope this isn’t a sign of the future, I was very excited and still am. I just hope that this can be resolved without having to send it back but who knows. Still a great company a
