Как восстановить мертвый 18650 или любой другой Li ion Аккумулятор? Проверил и убедился - никак!

Есть у меня несколько Литий-Ионных и Литий-Полимерных аккумуляторов заряжаться которые никак не желают. Выкинуть жалко - хочется восстановить.
